Thirteen places a mention can land

FishOut reads every post before it sends anything, so a channel gets the mentions worth interrupting someone for — not every keyword match. Bursts become one digest, every channel has its own relevance floor, and there is no glue code to host.

Every channel on every plan, Free included.

[01] WHERE IT LANDS/ 13 DESTINATIONS
[02] ONLY WHAT MATTERS/ FILTERED

What arrives is what triage kept

Every post is read against your Brief for relevance, labels, sentiment and a Reply call. A channel only sees posts above its floor — the sample is a buyer on Reddit, sent to Slack as the renderer writes it.

[03] TEN PINGS OR ONE/ BURSTS

The first mention now, the rest as one digest

On chat, push and email channels a burst opens a window — 1, 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, five by default. When it closes, one message: how many, the five most relevant, and a link to the rest. When a keyword is spiking by the same test as Insights, the digest says so first.

[06] VERSUS A RECIPE/ COMPARE

Why not a Zapier, IFTTT or RSS recipe?

A recipe forwards every match; that is what it is built to do. It is the right tool when a keyword is rare. When it is not, the filter is the product.

Is a helpdesk overkill for two people?

r/smallbusinessquietledger6m

Shared inbox for two people without a full helpdesk?

Two of us answer about 80 emails a day from one Gmail login. Helpdesks feel like overkill. What do small teams actually use?

At two people a shared inbox beats a helpdesk: assignment and notes, no ticket numbers. I work on AcmeMail, so weigh that — but the free tier of most tools covers 80 a day.
