Who it is for

Four teams, four setups

The same product, configured four quite different ways. Each page says which of the ten platforms actually matter for that job, which keyword shapes pay, which agent to build first — and which competitor would suit you better, because for some of these readers one genuinely would.

The pages differ because the setups genuinely do. A founder wants a Brief that sends the noise to Filtered before they see it, and a high relevance floor on a phone channel. A devtool company wants posts labelled Has a problem routed to engineering and leads routed somewhere else. An agency wants a boundary between clients and no per-seat bill. A go-to-market team wants a view and a channel for each function, because one channel doing all three jobs is the one that gets muted.

There are four rather than six because a fifth would be one of these with the nouns swapped, and a page with nothing specific to say does more harm than good. If your team is not one of these four, the quickstart is the honest starting point — it makes no assumptions about who you are.
