AI triage, the Daily brief, every alert channel, the API, MCP server and webhooks are included, with unlimited team members and one project. No card required.

What counts as a keyword?

A keyword is a term FishOut watches — your brand name, a competitor, or a buyer-intent phrase like "alternative to X". One keyword runs on every Core platform at once and counts once: 10 on Free, 50 on Plus, 200 on Pro, 500 on Business.

How do LinkedIn, TikTok and X work?

They are premium platforms, checked once a day. Each keyword on each of them uses one placement from your plan: 5 on Plus, 20 on Pro, 50 on Business. One keyword on LinkedIn and X uses two.

What counts as a relevant mention?

Accepted Answer

A post that passes AI triage and reaches your inbox. Filtered or noise posts never count, so a broad keyword that matches a lot of junk does not eat your allowance. The allowance resets monthly: 500 on Free, 5,000 on Plus, 15,000 on Pro, 40,000 on Business.

What happens when I reach my allowance?

Monitoring slows down, it never stops. At 100% of your relevant mentions every monitor moves to a daily check until the month resets or you upgrade. We email you and show a notice at 80% and 100%. Reply drafts stop at their cap. There is no automatic overage bill.

Which plans include the AI?

Accepted Answer

AI triage is on every plan, including Free, and is never metered: relevance, labels, sentiment, language, teaching and the Reply call, plus the Daily brief. Reply drafts and described labels start on Plus: 300 drafts and 3 labels on Plus, 1,500 and 10 on Pro, 3,000 and 30 on Business.

Every hour on Reddit, Hacker News, Bluesky, GitHub and Google News on every plan. Paid plans add YouTube and Medium every 6 hours, LinkedIn, TikTok and X daily, and Fast keywords checked every 15 minutes on Reddit, Hacker News and Bluesky: 5 on Plus, 50 on Pro, 150 on Business.

What if I need more than Business?

Each plan steps up the keywords, placements and mentions together, so upgrading is the way to grow. Business covers 500 keywords and 40,000 relevant mentions a month; if you need more, email team@fishout.ai and we will size a plan around it.

What happens if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. Keywords over the new cap stop being checked, newest first, until you delete some or upgrade again. Premium placements over the cap work the same way, and described labels over the cap become manual-only.

Are the API and MCP server on every plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The REST API, MCP server and webhooks are included on every plan, including Free. Business gets higher API rate limits.

Do you charge per seat?

Accepted Answer

No. Team members are unlimited on every plan, including Free, and projects are unlimited on every paid plan. You are billed for keywords, not people.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing works out about 20% cheaper: Plus is $15/mo billed annually versus $19 monthly, Pro is $39 versus $49, and Business is $79 versus $99. You can switch between them at any time.

How do payments work?

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. That is exactly why the Free plan does not expire and needs no card — try FishOut properly before you pay for it, and upgrade only once it is earning its place.

Do you have a plan for agencies?
