Welcome to FishOut

FishOut watches ten platforms for the words that matter to you, reads every post it finds, and puts the ones worth answering at the top of one inbox.

You tell FishOut what you do and give it a handful of keywords — your product, the competitors you lose deals to, the phrases people type when they have the problem you solve. It watches ten platforms for them, reads everything it finds against your Brief, and sorts it so the ten conversations worth your time sit above the four hundred that are not.

What FishOut does

  • Collects posts and replies from ten platforms, and links a reply to the post it answers when that post is in your inbox too.
  • Judges relevance from 0 to 100 against your Brief, with chips saying why, and moves the noise to a Filtered view that never counts toward your plan.
  • Labels each post with what it is doing — asking for a recommendation, comparing, complaining — plus its sentiment, its language and, on Reddit, Hacker News and YouTube, whether it is worth a reply.
  • Drafts a reply in your project's Voice, then checks it before you see it.
  • Routes it — assign it, label it, archive it, or send it to Slack, Teams, email, a webhook or one of nine other channels.
  • Briefs you each morning on the posts worth engaging with and any spikes.

What it does not do

FishOut never posts anything anywhere. Every reply it writes is a draft you read, edit and send yourself, from your own account. Tools that auto-post from pooled accounts get those accounts banned; the draft is the part worth automating, the click is not.

It also does not record audio or video, read your email or calendar, or collect anything from a private account or a closed group. See Security and data.

When something is not working

Alerts stopped arriving, a keyword is catching the wrong thing, or a post you expected landed in Filtered — the FAQ covers the common cases.
