Mentionlytics pricing, every tier explained (2026)

Mentionlytics publishes six tiers and opens its pricing page on the yearly view, so the first numbers you see — $49 to $1,083 a month — are annual rates. Billed monthly, the same plans are $59 to $1,299. The line that decides most bills is keyword rules: three on Basic, ten on Essential, and forty-plus only on Business.

That date is the point of this page rather than a footnote: when we re-checked all ten tools in this category, three had repriced during the year and every third-party figure we cross-checked was out of date. [02] WHAT IT METERS/ THE REAL LIMITS

Keyword rules, not keywords

Each tier carries a number of keyword rules, and a rule can hold several terms. That makes three rules worth more than three keywords — and still a tight cap for a brand plus competitors plus buyer-intent phrases.

Speed is gated too

Basic updates every 12 hours and Essential every 6; continuous updates start at Advanced, $299. For catching a conversation while it is live, that line matters as much as the rules.

Users are capped at the bottom

Two users on Basic, ten on Essential, unlimited from Advanced. A team of three is on Essential at least.

Every tier keeps 18 months

The archive is 18 months on all plans, and a Historical Data option is available from Advanced. That is generous at the bottom of the range.

Features that are not on every plan

A tier table shows prices; it rarely shows which features the prices are actually buying. These are the gates that decide the plan for most people — a 14-day free trial with no card, and no free plan.

Recent changes

On 20 October 2026 Basic was shown at $59 against a struck-through $69 as a limited-time offer, and the page defaulted to yearly billing. Figures quoted elsewhere at $69 or $49 are each one of those two views. Expect the offer to end; check before you budget on $59.

Mentionlytics against FishOut

FishOut meters single keywords rather than rules: 10 keywords free, 50 keywords for $19/mo, 200 keywords for $49/mo. The API and MCP server are on every plan rather than from $499, and seats are unlimited from Free.
