Mention is an enterprise monitoring plan, now part of Agorapulse, and there are things it does that we do not.

Two years of history

Mention can backfill mentions from up to two years ago as a paid add-on. Almost nothing at the affordable end of this market can backfill at all — we do two to ninety days by plan — and for a brand with a long story that is a real advantage.

Emotion and multilingual depth

Seven-emotion classification on every plan — joy, surprise, disgust, sadness, fear, anger, neutral — and sentiment tuned for 31+ languages. That is a specific investment, not a checkbox, and it goes further than our positive/neutral/negative.

A true push stream

Mention offers a streaming API that holds an HTTP connection open and pushes each mention as it is fetched. Combined with unlimited users and 50,000 mentions a month, the Company plan is built for high-volume enterprise ingestion.

Mention’s Influence Score is 0-100 but measures how popular the author or domain is — every article from one website scores the same. FishOut judges the post itself against your Brief: does it mean your product rather than the word, is someone asking for help, has anyone answered yet, is it fresh.
