Playbook · Every weekday morning

A daily digest of the people asking for what you sell

Every morning, the five posts where someone describes your problem or asks for a recommendation — with what they want, how old the thread is, and whether anyone has answered. One prompt, against the Leads view FishOut has already sorted.

[01] THE PROMPT/ COPY IT

Paste this

Fill in the {{braces}}. Run below: Claude.

prompt

Using FishOut, list mentions from the last 24 hours in the Leads view with relevance of at least {{60}}, best first. For the top {{5}}, open each one and tell me: who is asking, what they need in one line, how old the thread is, and whether a vendor has already replied. Skip anything from {{competitor domains or subreddits I should ignore}}. Do not draft replies unless I ask.
[02] WHAT IT CALLS/ 3 TOOLS

Tools and arguments

2 of 3 read only.
  • list_mentionsread-only

The Leads view is FishOut’s own sort of buyers: Asking for recommendations and Comparison, best first.

    filter: {"view":"leads","minRelevance":60,"from":"<24h ago>","sort":"best"}, limit: 5
  • get_mentionread-only

Opens each lead with its thread, so “has anyone answered?” is a fact, not a guess.

  • request_reply_draftwrite

Only when you ask for one. From Plus.

Comparing three listening tools for a two-person team

Reply, carefullyComparison

1. r/agency, 5h, unanswered: an agency with 12 clients wants mention alerts without per-seat pricing. 2. LinkedIn, 11h: a founder comparing three tools, two vendors already in the comments. Three more below 70 — want them?

[04] GUARDRAILS/ LIMITS

Read-only by default

The prompt never writes. Connect with a read-only grant and the assistant cannot archive or assign anything by mistake.

Age matters more than score

A 92 that is three days old and answered is worth less than a 70 from this morning. The prompt asks for age and replies for that reason.

Drafts on request only

Drafts count toward your plan’s allowance and a buyer-intent reply needs your judgement first.
[05] SCHEDULE IT/ CRON

A prompt runs once

Every weekday morning: Codex, OpenClaw or Hermes Agent.

Hermes Agent · cron expression

hermes cron create "0 8 * * 1-5" \
"Using FishOut, list mentions from the last 24 hours in the Leads view with relevance of at least {{60}}, best first"

Or let FishOut do the scheduled part

FishOut already sorts leads into the Leads view and can push each one to Slack or email as it arrives. The digest is for the reading: which five matter today and why.
[06] NO ASSISTANT/ RULES

“Leads to #sales” as a rule

No prompt at all: a FishOut agent rule (from Plus) does the routine half.
