Are these installable skills?

No — they are prompts you paste. FishOut has not published a SKILL.md to ClawHub or skills.sh, so nothing here installs. Each prompt works in any assistant with the FishOut MCP server connected.

Do they run on a schedule?

A prompt runs once. To repeat it, give it to an agent with a scheduler — Hermes Agent, OpenClaw or Codex scheduled tasks — or let FishOut’s own alerts, agents and Daily brief do the routine part.

Which plan do they need?

The reading works on Free. Playbooks that request reply drafts need Plus or above, and Fast keywords start on Plus.

Can a playbook post replies?

No. FishOut has no posting tool. Reply steps end with a draft you post yourself.
