GitHub mentions in your assistant, from repos you do not own

GitHub’s own MCP server is for working inside your repositories: issues, pull requests, Actions. This is the other half. FishOut watches issues and discussions everywhere else that name your product, your SDK or your error message, and tells your assistant which ones are people stuck.

Pinning pipewrite to 3.1 until the keepalive issue is fixed

Yes — two repos, both after 3.2, both using long-lived connections. The issue in ingest-worker has a stack trace that matches the keepalive change. I can open an issue in our repo linking both, or draft a comment for #412 with the workaround.

Five GitHub prompts

Longer jobs are playbooks.
prompts
  1. 1Which GitHub issues outside our org mention our SDK this week?
  2. 2Group this month’s GitHub bug reports by error message.

Pipewrite client times out after upgrading to 3.2

Since bumping to 3.2.0, long-running uploads fail with ERR_PIPEWRITE_KEEPALIVE after about 60 seconds. 3.1.4 works. Stack trace below.

Maintainer of pipewrite here. 3.2 shortened the default keepalive; set keepAliveMs: 120000 when you create the client and the upload completes. A fix restoring the old default is in progress.
