Mute an author or source

POST/orgs/{organizationId}/projects/{projectId}/mutes

Mute an author or source within the selected project. Future posts from the author or source are dropped at ingest, before any AI. Collected posts stay. Muting twice returns the existing mute. Uses the app's permissions and entitlements.
